Storm Second Dimension Bowling Ball Review

The Storm Second Dimension
The Storm Second Dimension’s Continuum core is shaped like a distorted screw. Like many of the storm balls, the core actually stores up energy as the ball travels down the lane, then releases it later in the ball’s travels. In the case of the Storm Second Dimension, it has been touted by Storm as the “perfect complement to the original Dimension” because the original Continuum core has been wrapped in a pearlized version of the R2X Pearl with ETM (Enhanced Traction Mica) in order to provide added length and increased entry angle to the pocket on medium to light oil. Furthermore, Storm promises that if the Dimension starts to read early friction in the front of the lane and slows down too fast, the newly developed form of mica in the Second Dimension will change the surface profile of the coverstock sufficiently to create enhanced friction with the same lane surface. The Second Dimension is also apple pie scented.
Review Of The Storm Second Dimension Bowling Ball
The Storm Second Dimension is all about altering reality. That works for me, because sometimes I just plain do not like the lay of the lanes. If you are bowling on a lane that is giving you way to much friction and is just slowing your stuff down, then pull out the Storm Second Dimension and instantly change the look of your game. The best thing about this bowling ball is definitely the coverstock with the ETM, because it literally alters the way that the ball responds to the surface of the lane. This is an incredible advantage because while everyone else is trying to change their throw and their strategy, you can just focus on spinning strike after strike down the lane. This ball will definitely require some drilling, but there are several really great patterns out there that all get the exact results they promise. The ball has a great hook and works well on oil from medium to pretty dry even though the designers say that it is mainly intended for medium to medium-light. While you cannot use this ball all the time, when you find yourself in trouble, the Storm Second Dimension can bring you safely out of the weather.
